Integrative Psychotherapy

I use the expression "integrative" to highlight that my approach as a psychotherapist integrates evidence-based tools for improving outcomes, coming from Lifestyle medicine and mindfulness training.

Mindfulness meditation is a mind-body practice oriented towards knowing, accepting and transforming your brain and your self in deep ways. I´m a MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher, certified by the leading world organization: the Global Mindfulness Collaborative, led by Jon Kabat-Zinn and his team.

Lifestyle medicine and Nutritional Psychiatry, are evidence-based branches of medicine that target and research the effects of habit changes in six major areas: food, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social relationships and unhealthy substance consumption. I´m certified by the European Organization for Lifestyle Medicine.
